Divisyen Ke-3 Panzer SS Totenkopf (Tengkorak dan Tulang bersilang), juga dikenali sebagai Divisyen Ke-3 Panzergrenadier SS Totenkopf atau Divisyen Ke-3 SS Totenkopf, merupakan salah satu daripada 38 buah divisyen Waffen-SS – iaitu sayap bersenjata Parti Nazi Jerman yang bertugas bersama-sama tentera darat Wehrmacht semasa Perang Dunia II walaupun ia secara rasmi bukan sebahagian darinya. Sebelum mencapai status divisyen, formasi tersebut dikenali sebagai Kampfgruppe (kumpulan tempur) "Eicke". Divisyen itu terkenal kerana lambangnya dan hakikat bahawa sebahagian besar askar yang disenaraikan awal adalah dari SS-Totenkopfverbände (Pengawal-pengawal kem tahanan) SS, dan oleh itu ia kadangkala dirujuk sebagai "Divisyen Tengkorak Maut". Anggota-anggota divisyen ini telah terlibat didalam beberapa jenayah perang.
Divisyen Totenkopf merupakan salah sebuah divisyen "Germanik" Waffen-SS. Ini termasuklah Divisyen 1 Panzer SS Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler, Divisyen Ke-2 Panzer SS Das Reich, dan Divisyen Ke-5 Panzer SS Wiking.

SS-Oberführer Max Simon was the "official" commander (on paper) of the 3. SS-Panzer Division from 26 February 1943 - 22 October 1943, but in reality it was SS-Oberführer Hermann Priess who commanded the division in the field during those dates.
Also, SS-Standartenführer Otto Baum covered for SS-Gruppenführer Hermann Priess for one week during March 1944 as commander of the "Totenkopf" Division due to Priess being on leave.[2]
