Mekanik matriks
Mekanik matriks (Jawi: ميکانيک ماتريکﺱ) ialah perumusan mekanik kuantum yang dicipta oleh Werner Heisenberg, Max Born, dan Pascual Jordan pada tahun 1925.
Mekaniks matriks dahulu perumusan mekanik kuantum yang berautonomi secara konsep dan tekal secara logik. Pemeriannya lompat kuantum mengambil tempat orbit elektron model Bohr. Ia buat demikan dengan mentafsirkan sifat fizikal zarah sebagai matriks yang berkembang dalam masa. Ia setara dengan perumusan gelombang Schrödinger mekanik kuantum, seperti ditunjukkan di tatatanda bra-ket Dirac.
Dalam beberapa perbandingan dengan perumusan gelombang, ia menghasilkan spektrum pengoperasi (kebanyakannya tenaga) oleh kaedah, pengoperasi tangga yang algebra semata-mata.[1] Bergantung pada kaedah ini, Pauli menerbitkan spektrum atom hidrogen pada tahun 1926,[2] sebelum perkembangan mekanik gelombang.
