Bahasa Koyukon (juga dipanggil Denaakk'e) ialah bahasa Athabascan yang paling meluas dari segi geografi yang ditutur di Alaska.[3] Bahasa Athabaskan ditutur di Koyukuk dan tengah Sungai Yukon di barat pedalaman Alaska. Pada tahun 2007, bahasa tersebut mempunyai lebih kurang 300 penutur, yang umumnya orang dewasa lebih tua yang dwibahasa dalam bahasa Inggeris. Jumlah penduduk etnik Koyukon ialah 2,300.[4]
