Zooey Claire Deschanel (/ˈzoʊi ˌdeɪʃəˈnɛl/; lahir 17 Januari 1980) ialah seorang pelakon, penyanyi dan penulis lagu wanita Amerika Syarikat. Beliau membuat kemunculan sulung di layar lebar menerusi filem Mumford (1999), diikuti oleh peranan pembantu dalam filem separa autobiografi Cameron Crowe Almost Famous (2000). Deschanel dilahirkan pada 17 Januari 1980 di Los Angeles, California.[9] Beliau merupakan anak perempuan bongsu kepada sinematografer dan pengarah Caleb Deschanel dan pelakon Mary Jo Deschanel (née Weir).
