Yaoi[nb 1] juga dikenali sebagai wasei eigo dari perkataan boys' love (ボーイズ ラブ, bōizu rabu) atau singkatannya BL (ビーエル, bīeru) ialah genre media fiksyen berasal dari Jepun yang mempamerkan hubungan homoerotik antara watak-watak lelaki.
Walaupun ianya dipasarkan hanya untuk golongan wanita dan dihasilkan oleh wanita, namun ianya juga menarik peminat lelaki dan dihasilkan oleh mereka juga. Antara media yang mempamerkan Yaoi termasuklah manga, anime, drama CD, novel, permainan video, rancangan TV, filem dan karya peminat.
