Tadbir urus Internet ialah pembangunan dan penerapan prinsip, norma, peraturan, prosedur membuat keputusan dan program yang dikongsi bersama yang membentuk evolusi dan penggunaan Internet. Rencana ini menerangkan cara Internet dahulu dan ditadbir pada masa ini, beberapa kontroversi yang berlaku sepanjang perjalanan dan perdebatan berterusan tentang cara Internet patut atau tidak patut ditadbir pada masa hadapan.[1]
Tadbir urus Internet tidak boleh dikelirukan dengan tadbir urus elektronik, yang merujuk kepada penggunaan teknologi kerajaan untuk menjalankan tugas tadbir urus mereka.
