Sylvia Rivera (2 Julai 1951 - 19 Februari 2002) ialah seorang aktivis hak transgender dan pembebasan gay Amerika Syarikat[3][4][5] yang juga menjadi tenaga kerja komuniti terkenal dalam New York. Rivera, yang mengenal pasti dirinya sebagai ratu drag,[6][7][8] turut serta dalam demonstrasi dengan Barisan Pembebasan Gay.[9]
Bersama rakannya Marsha P. Johnson, Rivera menubuhka Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries (STAR), sebuah kumpulan yang didedikasikan untuk membantu ratu drag, gelandangan, pemuda gay dan trans wanita.[10]
