Salad Afghan adalah salad dalam masakan Afghanistan. Bahan utama terdiri daripada tomato dipotong dadu, timun, bawang, lobak merah, ketumbar, pudina dan jus lemon.[1][2][3] Garam dan lada boleh digunakan untuk perasa. Bahan tambahan boleh digunakan, seperti paprika,[2][4] pasli, lobak dan herba.[5]
