Rashida Leah Jones (/rəʃˈiːdə/;[1] lahir 25 Februari 1976)[2][3] ialah pelakon, penulis dan penerbit Amerika Syarikat. Beliau terkenal dengan memegang watak sebagai Ann Perkins di siri komedi NBC, Parks and Recreation (2009-2015).
Jones muncul sebagai Louisa Fenn dalam siri drama Fox, Boston Public (2000-2002) dan sebagai Karen Filippelli di siri komedi NBC, The Office (2006-2011). Dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019, Jones membintangi watak eponim utama dalam siri komedi TBS, Angie Tribeca.
Jones juga dikenali menerusi perannya dalam filem-filem seperti I Love You, Man (2009), The Social Network (2010), Our Idiot Brother (2011), The Muppets (2011), Celeste and Jesse Forever (2012), yang mana beliau turut menulis bersama dan Tag (2018). Jones juga ikut menulis cerita Toy Story 4 (2019).
