Pertempuran Cajamarca (ڤرتمڤورن كجامركا) merupakan suatu serangan mengejut ke atas rombongan diraja Inca yang telah diatur oleh Francisco Pizarro pada petang 16 November 1532 di plaza besar Cajamarca. Serangan hendap itu berjaya menawan Inca, Atahualpa tetapi ia telah meragut banyak nyawa pengikut beliau.
