Pembelot Korea Utara merujuk orang Korea Utara yang telah lari dari negara tersebut walaupun ada hukuman undang-undang kerana alasan politik, ideologi, agama, ekonomi, moral, peribadi, atau pemakanan selepas pembahagian Korea selepas berakhirnya Perang Dunia II dan Perang Korea. Orang Korea Utara lari ke pelbagai negara, kebanyakannya Korea Selatan dan China. Istilah pilihan untuk pembelot Korea Utara di Korea Selatan termasuk "pelarian utara" (Korea: 탈북자 , talbukja atau 탈북민 , talbukmin) dan "penetap baru" (새터민 , saeteomin).
