Nakhi atau Nashi (Cina ringkas: 纳西族 ; Cina tradisional: 納西族 ; pinyin: Nàxī zú; endonym: ¹na²khi) merupakan sebuah kumpulan etnik yang mendiami kaki gunang Himalaya di bahagian barat laut Wilayah Yunnan, serta Wilayah Sichuan di China.[1] Nakhi merupakan salah satu etnik minoriti yang diiktiraf oleh Republik Rakyat China. Kerajaan China telah mengklasifikasikan Mosuo sebagai sebahagian daripada orang Nakhi, walaupun tiada di antara mereka yang menyokong pengkategorian ini. Walaupun kedua-dua kumpulan adalah keturunan Qiang, bersama-sama dengan orang Pumi dan Yi, terdapat persamaan ketara dalam bahasa masing-masing, kedua-dua kumpulan kini difahamkan sebagai budaya yang berbeza. Nakhibanyak dipengaruhi oleh budaya Han, manakala Mosuo lebih banyak dipengaruhi budaya Tibet.
