Nepenthes macfarlanei (/nɪˈpɛnθiːz ˌmækfɑːrˈleɪni.aɪ/) ialah sejenis pokok periuk kera dalam genus Nepenthes yang wujud secara endemik di Semenanjung Malaysia.
