NKo ialah blok Unikod yang mengandungi aksara untuk bahasa-bahasa Manding di Afrika Barat, termasuk bahasa Bambara, bahasa Jula, bahasa Maninka, bahasa Mandinka, dan bahasa sastera lazim, bahasa Kangbe, juga dipanggil bahasa N'Ko.
N'Ko telah menjadi sebahagian daripada Unikod dengan gubahan 5.0 pada Julai 2006. Dengan Unikod 11.0 pada Jun 2018, tiga huruf tambahan telah ditambahkan: tanda gabungan untuk unit ukuran yang dipendekkan dan dua simbol matawang.
