Irish Volunteers ("Sukarelawan Ireland", Ireland: Óglaigh na hÉireann ), Irish Volunteer Force[1][2][3] ("Pasukan Sukarelawan Ireland") atau juga Irish Volunteer Army,[4][5][6] ("Tentera Sukarelawan Ireland") merupakan sebuah organisasi tentera yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 1913 oleh pihak pihak nasionalis Ireland sebagai suatu tindakan balas terhadap pembentukan Ulster Volunteers pada tahun sebelumnya. Tujuan utamanya ialah "menjamin dan mengekalkan hak-hak dan kebebasan yang sama [dikehendaki] seluruh Ireland".[7] Anggota-anggota Conradh na Gaeilge, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Sinn Féin,[8] serta Persaudaraan Republikan Ireland turut terlibat dalam pertubuhan ini.
