HMS Queen Elizabeth adalah kapal sulung daripada lima kelas kapal tempur dreadnought yang dibina untuk Royal Navy pada awal tahun 1910an, dan sering digunakan sebagai kapal pemerintah. Ia berkhidmat dalam Perang Dunia I sebagai sebahagian daripada Armada Besar, dan terlibat dalam aksi 19 Ogos 1916 yang tidak konklusif. Perkhidmatannya semasa perang secara umumnya terdiri dari rondaan dan latihan rutin di Laut Utara. Ia bersama kapal tempur super-dreadnought yang lain adalah kapal pertama dari jenis mereka yang dikuasakan oleh minyak dan bukannya arang batu. Queen Elizabeth kemudian berkhidmat di beberapa kancah semasa Perang Dunia II, dan akhirnya disekerap pada tahun 1948.
