Divisyen Ke-12 Panzer SS Hitlerjugend ("Belia Hitler") adalah sebuah divisyen armor Waffen-SS Jerman semasa Perang Dunia II. Hitlerjugend unik kerana majoriti anggotanya adalah dari para remaja Belia Hitler, manakala PTT kanan dan pegawai-pegawai merupakan veteran dari Barisan Timur.
Divisyen tersebut, dengan 20,540 anggota, pertama kali beraksi pada 7 Jun 1944 sebagai sebahagian daripada benteng pertahanan Jerman di kawasan Caen semasa kempen Normandy. Pertempuran Normandy mengorbankan banyak nyawa untuk divisyen itu dan ia keluar dari Kepungan Falaise dengan hanya kekuatan 12,000 orang.
Selepas pertempuran tersebut, divisyen Belia Hitler telah dihantar ke Jerman untuk pembaikan. Pada 16 Disember 1944, divisyen itu telah diamanahkan menentang Tentera Darat AS dalam Pertempuran Bulge. Selepas kegagalan penyerangan Ardennes divisyen tersebut telah dihantar ke timur untuk menentang Tentera Merah berhampiran Budapest. SS Ke12 akhirnya berundur kedalam Austria; pada 8 Mei 1945 10,000 anggotanya yang terselamat menyerahkalah kepada Divisyen Ke-65 Infantri Amerika, Tentera Darat Ke-7, berhampiran bandar Enns.
Reputasi divisyen tersebut telah terjejas oleh jenayah perang yang dilakukan oleh anggota-anggota divisyen semasa pertempuran awal di Normandy.
